Your information is used to communicate with you, prepare and deliver your astrology reading, manage your account and orders, process cancellations and refunds, prevent misuse, and operate the website.
Website analytics
This website counts page views, visits, traffic sources, and general device type using first-party analytics. It does not store your IP address or use advertising cookies. Browser Do Not Track requests are respected.
Payments and service providers
Payments and saved payment methods are handled securely by Stripe. Adriana Moon Astrology does not receive or store your full card number. Hostinger provides website hosting, and Resend delivers one-time sign-in codes and service emails. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.
Birth information and readings
Birth information and reading materials are private account content. They are used to prepare your requested service and make completed readings available in your account. Please do not submit information about another person unless you have permission to do so.
Storage and security
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect account and reading information. No internet service can promise absolute security. Keep one-time sign-in codes private and contact Adriana immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained while needed to provide services, maintain business and payment records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may ask to update your account email or request deletion of eligible personal information and reading files by emailing info@adrianamoon.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained.
