Cancellation Policy

Astrology services

Astrology readings are offered as tools for reflection, personal insight, and spiritual exploration. They do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. No particular outcome or prediction is guaranteed, and you remain responsible for your own choices.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have permission to share any information concerning another person.

Orders and payment

Prices and included materials are shown before payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order enters Adriana’s work queue after successful payment and receipt of complete birth information. Additional work or a different reading requested after purchase may require a separate charge.

Delivery

Completed readings are delivered through your private account as the written PDF and any companion materials purchased. The standard delivery window is 5–7 business days after payment and receipt of complete birth information. This is a good-faith estimate and may change because of illness, emergencies, unusually high demand, or missing information. Adriana will communicate significant delays.

Cancellations and refunds

You may request cancellation from the Readings page in your account. If work has not begun, the order is eligible for a full refund. If work has begun but the reading has not been delivered, a partial refund may be issued based on the work already completed. Completed or delivered readings are not refundable. Duplicate charges and services Adriana cannot fulfill will be refunded.

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing times are outside Adriana Moon Astrology’s control.

Personal use

Your reading is prepared for your personal use. You may save and revisit it, but you may not resell, republish, or commercially distribute the reading without written permission. Any third-party platform used for delivery remains subject to that platform’s terms.

Account access

You are responsible for keeping access to your email and one-time sign-in codes secure. Do not share a sign-in code. Access may be limited when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its clients, or its services from misuse.
